A mezcal twist on the Last Word and Paper Plane lineage
A smoky, bittersweet equal-parts cocktail — the lovechild of a Last Word and a Paper Plane.
Ingredients
- 0.75 oz Mezcal
- 0.75 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 0.75 oz Aperol
- 0.75 oz fresh Lime juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Tips
- Yellow Chartreuse is softer than green — don't substitute.
- A grassy mezcal works best; heavily smoked bottles can overwhelm.
